TERMS & CONDITIONS PSCUCI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the pscuci platform — including the website, mobile application, games, or support services — you hereby acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and pscuci as the platform operator. They are subject to the laws and regulations in force within the relevant jurisdiction. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using this platform immediately.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

pscuci services are offered exclusively to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Registering and using the account in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws applicable to their place of residence.
• Providing true, accurate and complete information during the registration process, including full name, date of birth and contact details.

pscuci limits each individual to one account only. An individual holding multiple accounts is in violation of these terms and may result in all such accounts being terminated. pscuci reserves the right to require identity verification through documents such as an identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time.

3. Account Management and Security

The username and password for a pscuci account are the exclusive responsibility of the account holder. You must keep your login information secure and must not share account access with any other party.

All activity that occurs through your account — whether carried out by you or by another party using your login credentials — is considered your own action and you are fully responsible for it.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the pscuci support team immediately via live chat or email. pscuci will take appropriate action to investigate and secure your account.

4. Deposit Policy and Payment Methods

pscuci accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method used. All deposits must be made using a payment account registered in the player's own name — deposits via third-party accounts are not accepted.

Funds deposited into a pscuci account are for gaming purposes only. pscuci is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

5. Withdrawal Procedures

The minimum withdrawal from a pscuci account is RM50 per request. The withdrawal process is typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes once the request has been approved by our finance team.

All withdrawal requests will be reviewed to ensure compliance with bonus wagering requirements (where applicable) and identity verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment account registered under the same pscuci account holder's name.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• pscuci reserves the right to request verification documents before approving a first withdrawal or a withdrawal involving a large amount.
• If wagering requirements have not been met, the withdrawal cannot be processed until those requirements are fulfilled.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

pscuci offers a welcome bonus of 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250. The wagering requirement to be met is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250. Second example: a deposit of RM1,200 will yield the maximum bonus of RM888 (balance: RM2,088), with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.

• Each promotion and bonus may have additional conditions such as expiry dates, eligible games, and maximum bet limits while wagering requirements are active.
• pscuci reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit promotions dishonestly may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Players found to be colluding or using combined strategies to meet wagering requirements illegitimately will be subject to disciplinary action.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Use of the pscuci platform must comply with the established standards of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and appropriate legal action:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to automate gameplay or exploit the system.
• Colluding with other players to cheat in games such as poker or baccarat.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Uploading false or altered identity documents.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering through the pscuci platform.
• Harassing other players or support staff through offensive or threatening language.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Pscuci reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, system abuse, or any action that compromises the integrity of the platform.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining funds may be forfeited at pscuci's discretion, particularly if those funds were obtained through unlawful means or through bonus abuse.

Players may also request to close their own account by contacting the pscuci support team. Voluntary account closure can be processed once all active wagering requirements have been met and there are no pending transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pscuci is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or issues beyond the control of our platform. Online gaming involves technical risks that cannot be entirely avoided.

All games on pscuci use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair game outcomes. Pscuci is not responsible for disputed game results unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure on the platform's part.

Pscuci does not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 platform availability due to periodic maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. Notice will be given where possible before any planned maintenance.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Pscuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from players. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official pscuci website.

Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions from time to time to ensure they are always aware of the latest version. Continued use of the pscuci platform after any amendment is published is considered acceptance of that amendment.
